Thank you for giving us the opportunity to service your portfolio!  Whether you have 1 loan or 100; Polaris Management is here to simplify that task.  

The Set-Up Kit below contains information regarding our services, fees, instructions for setup, and a checklist of the necessary information needed to complete and service your loan.  If you are about to close on your latest deal or are ready to make a transfer to Polaris Management, please fill out the packet in it’s entirety and submit via email to jenny@polarismgmt.net.

If you have an existing account with us, please note that we will need a new Service Agreement for each address.  It is imperative that we have the most current information on file.
