Services included with one low monthly fee:

Collection

Emailed monthly statements and payment verification to Lender and Borrower.

Payments

Disbursement of all funds to appropriate parties (Lender, underlying loan, etc.)

Direct deposit to Lender’s account.

Escrow

Escrow management and distribution.  Annual account analysis of Escrow Funds.

Tax Documents

Prepared year-end 1099INT and 1098 IRS forms for borrower and lender Federal Income Tax.

Records

Full accounting and record keeping of loans.

Additional services included with monthly fee:

  • All requests from Lender or Borrower concerning account status, loan balance, or payment history.  
  • Pursuit and collection of late payments via email, phone, and mailed notices.
  • Notifications to Lender of all loan events.
  • Deferred payment or workout programs. 

“$150 Set-Up and $45/month Servicing Fee per address. (regardless of escrow status or number of underlying liens)”
